Purpose of processing
of personal data
The
offer of trade and services based on the consent of the data subject under
Article 6 (1) a) GDPR. The
personal data below may, with your consent, be processed for the purpose of
offering products and services managed by the trustee under a commercial agency
agreement. In
particular, these are the products and services of Vinasoft
s.r.o., registered office: Musilova
329, Praha 4, 14900, Company ID: 04645600,
file mark: C 251376 maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague.
For this purpose,
we process your:
• The barcode from
your store.
•
Operational data - all data collected or processed by the administrator when
using the Software Product by the Customer is considered to be the operational
data.
The
category of recipients of the processed personal data:
administrators,
business partners, intermediaries. The
administrator has the right to authorize the processing of personal data by the
processor who has concluded a processing contract with the administrator and
provides sufficient guarantees of protection of your personal data.
Time of storing personal
data
The
administrator will store personal data for up to 2 years from the date of your
request to delete your blocked account.
What
rights do you have with the processing of personal data?
Right
to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data
You
have the right at any time to withdraw the consent given to process your
personal data for the purpose of offering a trade and services. You
can do so by signing a written notice sent to the postal address or contact
email of the above administrator. Revocation
of your consent is without prejudice to the processing of personal data prior
to its revocation.
Right of access to
personal data
You
have the right to obtain from the administrator a confirmation that your
personal data is processed or not by the administrator. If
your personal information is processed, you will also have the right to access
it together with the following information about:
• processing purposes;
• the
categories of personal data concerned;
•
Recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data has been or will
be made available;
•
The planned time for which personal data will be stored or, if it is not
possible, the criteria used to determine that time;
•
the existence of a right to require the administrator to correct or erase
personal data, restrict its processing or to oppose such processing;
• the
right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority;
• any
available information about the personal data source;

Whether automated decision making, including profiling, is carried out on the
procedure used, as well as the significance and implications of such
processing. The administrator
will provide you with a copy of the processed personal data. After
the second and every subsequent copy, the administrator is entitled to charge a
reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
Right to repair
You
have the right to correct the inaccurate personal data that apply to you
without undue delay. Taking
into account the purposes of the processing, you also have the right to
complete incomplete personal data, including the provision of an additional
statement.
The right to erase
You
have the right to delete the personal data concerning you without undue delay
if one of the following reasons is true:

personal data is no longer needed for purposes for which it was collected or
otherwise processed;
•
You have withdrawn the consent on the basis of which the data were processed
and there is no further legal reason for processing;
•
personal data was processed unlawfully;
•
Personal information must be deleted to meet legal obligations;
•
Personal data were gathered in connection with the provision of information
society services.
The
right of cancellation shall not apply if a statutory exception is granted,
in
particular because the processing of personal data is necessary for:

Compliance with a legal obligation that requires processing under European
Union or Member State law applicable to the trustee;

for determining, exercising or defending legal claims.
Right to limit processing
You
have the right to prevent the controller from limiting the processing of
personal data in any of the following cases:
•
denying the accuracy of the processed personal data; the processing will be
limited to the time needed to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
•
Processing is unlawful, and you refuse to erase personal information and
request instead restrictions on its use;
• The
administrator no longer requires personal data for processing, but you require
them to identify, exercise or defend legal claims. If
processing has been restricted, personal data, with the exception of its
storage, may be processed only with your consent or for the purpose of
determining, enforcing or defending legal rights or for the protection of the
rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of major public
interest of the European Union or a Member State.
Right to data
portability
You
have the right that the trustee hand over your personal data processed
automatically based on your consent to another administrator in a structured,
commonly used and machine-readable format. In
exercising your right to data portability, you have the right to have personal
information transmitted directly by one administrator to the administrator of
another if it is technically feasible.

rights?
You
may claim your rights as a personal data person at any time by contacting the

Right to file a complaint
Regarding
the activities of the administrator or the recipient of personal data, you can
submit a complaint in writing to the mailing address of administrator Musilova 329, Prague 4, 14900, by e-mail to
info@vinasoft.cz, personally at the headquarters of the administrator. It
must be clear from the complaint who is giving it and what its subject is. Otherwise,
or if it is required to be settled, the Administrator shall request the
completion within the specified time limit. If the complaint
is not completed, it can not be resolved. The
deadline for processing a complaint is 30 calendar days and begins on the first
business day after delivery or completion. Complaints are
handled without undue delay. The
